By accessing or using Dots & Boxes: Pastel Strategy Edition ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The Game currently does not require account registration. All progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored therein.
The Game offers virtual items for purchase, including Ink Drops, cosmetics, and the KHOAI Pass. Virtual currency has no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be exchanged for real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. KHOAI ᛃ LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME.
